About

Built for the person who rings the plumbers.

Every maintenance business, strata manager and property team has one. A request comes in, and somebody starts working down a list of trades until one of them says yes. Then they ring the client back. Then they do it again, forty times a week.

MySubbieAI does that part. The request is lodged online, you approve it, the whole trade group is texted, the first YES gets the job and everyone who needs to know is told. The people stay. The ringing around goes.

Three things we are sure about

Trades will not install your app

A subbie works for six businesses and none of them is going to get a login out of him. Everybody reads a text. So the trade's side of the product is four words and a job number.

Ask everyone at once

Ringing down a list rewards whoever is first on it, not whoever is free. Texting the whole group and taking the first yes gets the job to the trade who can actually go.

The client should not have to ask

Most update calls are a client checking that something is happening. If they can see approved, assigned, on site and done for themselves, most of those calls never get made.

Part of the My family

MySubbieAI is one of a set of products built in Australia for businesses that run on phones, trades and people being where they said they would be. It is a working demo today, with sample clients, trades and jobs you can use from both sides.
